Being an Artist and Animator requires me to be at a desk all day. My drawing arm was the only part getting exercise. I felt gross sitting that long and my body was having a hard time supporting my back. When my weight gain got to the point that I had to go up a size in clothing after already wearing XXL shirt sizes I had had enough. 

I was determined to lose weight, but unlike my previous attempts at weight loss I made sure to come up with a strategy by understanding my body.
